Service Coordination

NuQuest/Bridge Pointe employs a team of Service Coordinators whose focus is to oversee the movement of each case from referral receipt to closure.  A designated Service Coordinator is assigned to each referral and updates the referral source throughout the service completion process; notifying the referral source whenever there is a delay in the progression of a case, when additional information is needed, or when any other event occurs that should be communicated.   In addition, Service Coordinators provide one-on-one MSP compliance education and recommendations as needed throughout the process.
 
Customer feedback and satisfaction levels are continuously monitored and measured to ensure that individual customer needs are continuously met.

Medical Cost Projection Specialists

NuQuest/Bridge Pointe's Medical Cost Projection Specialists are responsible for the preparation of all MSA allocation, Medical Cost Projection and CMS submission reports. All are Registered Nurses and are Medicare Set Aside Consultants Certified (MSCC).  All Nurses have a minimum of 3 years case management experience and/or a minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience prior to joining NuQuest, and maintain a number of professional licenses and certifications related to the services that we provide.

Quality Management Team

NuQuest/Bridge Pointe adheres to a three tiered Quality Management Policy and has established a Quality Management Program that sets the standards for education and communication, conservative and quality reports, and outstanding customer service.  The formal Quality Management Program is overseen by our highly experienced and credentialed Quality Management Team to ensure the following:

  • 100% quality review of all reports completed prior to release to the customer with objective performance measurements and provision of real time feedback.
  • Intense monitoring, tracking and analysis of CMS submission response trends.
  • Frequent communication with CMS regarding submission response trends as well as any other issues/concerns.
  • Daily customer service and performance audits.
  • Provision of MSCC certified MSA education course for new employees and ongoing training programs for all staff.

Establishment and utilization of this formal Quality Management Program has allowed NuQuest/Bridge Pointe to maintain a high first pass CMS approval rating.
