NuQuest/Bridge Pointe is the industry leader and national provider of Medicare Set-Aside and Professional Administration Services to Workers Compensation insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured employers and attorneys.

We are seeking a Senior level Sales Executive with existing Workers Compensation and Liability insurance relationships to lead our new business development initiatives in the Boston area. Candidates should have a proven record of success, work well both independently and as part of a team and be willing and able to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and effectively execute sales strategies to develop new business and expand existing business.
  • Participate in developing and implementing national and regional marketing initiatives
  • Extensive travel to meet with potential and existing customers throughout the assigned region, provide educational and service presentations and attend industry events.
  • Regularly communicate with the Operations team to coordinate new client services and provide outstanding customer service
  • Work independently to assimilate technical MSP compliance requirements and increase industry expertise
  • Keep accurate records regarding sales activity and attend monthly team meetings.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • Workers Compensation Industry Experience
  • Existing industry relationships
  • Proven sales success
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Medicare Set-Aside knowledgs or experience is preferred
