The Area Account Representative is responsible for providing on-site Customer & Copy Service to existing clients in order to strengthen their relationship with NuQuest/Bridge Pointe. They are also responsible for developing relationships with new offices within their assigned territory alongside Senior Account Executives.
This position is Part-time with the potential to go Full-time.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:.
- Provide on-site services to develop and strengthen relationships within assigned offices.
- Establish regular office visits to copy necessary file material and mail the material to NuQuest’s home office in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and NuQuest’s operation team to provide superior customer service.
- Distribute marketing material and service related information as requested.
- Represent NuQuest/Bridge Pointe at regional conferences, client meetings and other events as requested.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Required Skills
- 0-2 years insurance/sales experience
- Experience with medical records helpful
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Extensive Travel, a valid drivers license and car required for this position
